Dump Your Fax Machine, Send Faxes Online

Wednesday, August 4th, 2010

Tired of paying for a fax line and maintaining your fax machine? Theres a better way to send and receive faxes using internet fax services.

Internet fax services enable you to receive faxes in your e-mail and to send faxes. One of the most popular internet fax services is eFax, which has over 9,000,000 users. But not all fax services are created equal. Here are some things to consider:

1. Does the fax service provide a toll free or local phone number? Are there extra charges for receiving faxes on your toll free number?

2. How many faxes can you send and receive for your monthly fee?

3. In what format are faxes sent? Are they delivered as .pdf files in your e-mail or do you have to view them in proprietary software?

In order to decide which internet fax service is best for you, consider how many faxes you send and receive each month. Some services are best for heavy fax users, while others, like TrustFax, offer great plans for light fax users. Many of the online fax services offer free trials so you can try before you buy. Most services charge month-to-month and you can typically cancel at any time.

Although fees vary, you can expect to pay 5-20 per month. You are allowed a certain number of pages. If you go over your page allotment you can expect to pay 10 cents for each additional page received.

With the advent of e-mail and attachments, many people predicted that the fax was doomed. But it turns out it was merely the fax machine that was doomed. Today, business use internet fax services to send and receive faxes almost as frequently as they used a standard fax machine a decade ago. One often overlooked benefit of internet faxing is that you dont have to print out every fax you get. You can view faxes on your computer and decide which ones you want to print or delete.

Its a good idea to review the many internet fax companies before pulling out your credit card. With a little research you will hopefully find the best one to meet your faxing needs.

Drop Shipping Increases Profits

Wednesday, July 21st, 2010

You would like to increase your income by selling other peoples` products but you just don`t have the money to stock inventory.

On the other hand, perhaps you have lots of your own product and would like to increase your sales, but you don`t have a lot of money for advertising.

The solution to both problems may lie in drop shipping.

1. Sell Products You Don`t Own

You would like to sell a variety of products but you don`t have very much money. Don`t worry! Your customers will supply you with the necessary capital. You don`t have to stock inventory. You can drop ship orders.

For example, you receive a credit card order for a product retailing for one hundred pounds plus five pounds shipping. You now turn around and fax (or e-mail or phone) your order to your dropship supplier. You pay the fifty pound wholesale product cost plus five pounds shipping using your own credit card.

Your dropship supplier now ships the order to your customer. With no investment in inventory, your gross profit equals fifty pounds.

2. Sell Products You Do Own

Would you like more sales of your own products? Consider drop shipping your products for other dealers.

As an example, you may have a product that sells for one hundred pounds plus shipping. Every time you sell that product yourself, you will have a sale of one hundred pounds. However, how many one hundred pound sales can you make personally?

Now consider the situation where you offer your dealers a wholesale price of fifty pounds. You could have hundreds or thousands of persons selling for you.

It is true that each product sale now only brings you only fifty pounds in sales. However, these are sales that you wouldn`t otherwise have. What would it cost you to obtain these sales through traditional advertising channels? Would your advertising even bring you the desired results?

Keep in mind that with this drop shipping arrangement, you pay only for results. When a dealer retails your product for one hundred pounds, he is really receiving a fifty pound profit for selling your product; you could view it as a sales commission. You receive only fifty pounds per product sale but sell way more than without drop shipping. You ship directly to the customer for your dealer.

So, whether you sell other peoples` products or your own, drop shipping can increase your sales, preserve capital, and maximize business profits.

Discover Financial Freedom with an E-book Home Business

Wednesday, June 16th, 2010

Financial freedom can only be recognized with hard work, innovation, and a popular – but reliable – product or service. But with an Internet business, these three often get clouded with having almost too many opportunities. You can easily get discouraged when researching the overwhelming number of business venues that are available online. But with e-books, many small business owners are discovering financial freedom while offering long-lasting products of value.

E-books are electronic books that might contain graphics, photos, sound, and content relating to any subject. They can also contain links to various web pages for promotions or illustrations. It’s very inexpensive to create an e-book, but yet people enjoy reading them every day. E-books are popular online because they are usually inexpensive or free and offer advice and tips on a variety of subjects. The subjects can be anything from “how to earn money online” to “how to start a home business.” E-books may also cover more specific subjects such as “how to make money with a crafts business” or “cross-stitching tips for the beginner.” The possibilities for e-book subjects are unlimited.

E-book Home Business Facts

Starting an e-book business means you are offering e-books for sale online to a specific target audience. You might sell only one or a few e-books, or you might even sell hundreds of them. The choice is yours, but of course, the more e-books you offer, the more chances you’ll have to earn a lucrative income.

Here’s how it works. You’ll promote your e-books using various techniques such as an e-mail newsletter (e-zine), search engine promotions, paid ads, and other methods. Customers will visit your website to read your presentation. When they purchase one of your e-books, they will download it directly from your website or from an e-mail. You can even automate the entire process to make things easier on you and the customer.

The reason e-books are so successful for gaining financial freedom is because once they’re created, you don’t have to do anything except promote them. You can create an automated cash system that works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. E-books can be sold and downloaded by your customers while you sleep!

Resell E-books to Earn Money

If you don’t want to write your own e-books, you can also create a cash system and enjoy financial freedom by reselling e-books that others have written. With this type of home business, you will purchase rights to various e-books, sometimes hundreds of them, and resell them as your own products. Keep in mind that other companies will likely be selling these titles as well. But the Internet is so big, there’s plenty of room for everyone!

Some companies provide business opportunities in which you’ll receive a number of benefits along with hundreds of e-books to resell. These opportunities may cost a little up front, but are definitely worth the investment for starting your own home business. The e-book products alone can generate a very healthy cash system for years to come.

As with any home business, selling e-books will take some time to build and promote. But once the ball’s rolling, you’ll enjoy financial freedom and success like never before!
